Our payment plan includes an initial deposit followed by the final payment within 30 days of the first deposit. However, we are flexible with our payment terms.

3What is the anticipated timeline for completion of the Land purchase documentation processing?
Following full payment, the expected timeline for the documentation processing of the Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) is 30 days to ensure thorough completion of all necessary paperwork and to prevent any bottlenecks.

After CofO collection, you can start building your dream home.
2Can you provide detailed information regarding the plot's location and its proximity to nearby amenities and facilities?
The Estate boasts exclusive amenities including bars, restaurants, cinemas and children's playgrounds. Within a 5-minute drive, residents have access to landmarks like Tamberma Restaurants and Bars, Ibadan Tennis Club, Olubadan Stadium and Iyaganku Police Station and many more attractive places.

Iyaganku is a serene and calm environment with other surrounding Estate within close proximity and the Police Station is within range. Precaution have been taken by the company to put extra security to ensure the Estate is under 24 hours’ surveillance.

AE Global Construction will provide assistance throughout the entire process of acquiring the necessary documents for purchasing your land. Additionally, if you choose to utilise our services for building a house within the Estate, AE Global can assist with all the required documentation.
5What type of building is permitted at The Woodlands Court? Can alternative structures such as hotels be constructed instead of residential homes?
Only residential buildings are permitted within the Estate, as it is strictly exclusive with major stakeholders to provide the tranquil environment desired in a home. No hotels are allowed within the Estate.
6Can I expect a return on investment if I choose to sell without constructing on the Land?
Yes. The return on investment for The Woodlands Court is substantial, with the land appreciating in value to over 30 - 50 million Naira year on year with the current appreciation rate of 23%.
7What is the infrastructure development progression?
The infrastructure development progression of The Woodlands Court is expected to be completed in Q4 (± 90 Days).
8What is the timeframe to leave my Land undeveloped, and what are the consequences if construction does not commence as agreed?
You are permitted to keep your land undeveloped for a maximum period of 2 to 5 years, providing sufficient time to plan and construct your desired home at The Woodlands Court. While no action will be taken against your Land during this period, we encourage timely construction as the essence of the Estate is residential living, with only limited plots available for immediate occupancy rather than long-term holding.

1How does your marketing department assist buyers throughout the Land purchase process, from initial inquiry to closing?
The marketing team will guide you through each step of the Land purchase process, addressing your concerns and offering necessary assistance to streamline documentation and prevent bureaucratic delays.
2Can AE Global Construction design and build my house for me?
Yes. If desired, AE Global Construction can commence the design and construction of your home, utilising our team of skilled and certified experts to bring your dream home to life.
3Can I resell my Land without informing the Facility Manager?
You can resell your Land whenever you please however, the Facility Manager has to be informed about the change in ownership.
4Will AE Global Construction complete all infrastructure as outlined in the design and additionally undertake the construction of any other infrastructure beyond what is specified in the agreement and brochure?
AE Global Construction is committed to implementing all agreed-upon designs as outlined in the brochure. Additional infrastructure will be considered if deemed necessary by the Facility Management. However, it's important to note that all required infrastructure has been pre-planned and will be provided for the Estate.
5Must Deed of Adherence be obeyed?
Yes, this will be provided for you upon document collection to understand the rules governing the Estate.
6Are there any service charge(s) after the purchase of my Land?
There will be service charge payment required when you become a residence in the Estate at a minimal cost which will be communicated to all residents at the appropriate time.
